Introduction
These terms describe how the BeiGoods website works today. They are not a lawyer-approved contract. Sections that still need a business decision are kept out of the public page until they are published.
Website Use
You may browse the catalog, search, save a wishlist, and use the cart as a guest. Do not misuse the site, attempt to access another person’s data, or submit checkout details you are not allowed to share.
Product Information
Product names, prices, and placeholders are the catalog shown on the site. Photos marked IMAGE are placeholders, not photographs of stock. Descriptions can be updated in the catalog.
Product Availability
Showing a product does not confirm that it is in a warehouse or reserved for you. An order is not accepted automatically.
Prices and Currency
Prices on the product cards are the catalog prices, shown in US dollars. The checkout total is recalculated on the server from those catalog prices. It does not include a shipping fee, because no shipping fee has been published.
Orders and Order Confirmation
Sending the checkout form checks the products and quantities. It does not create a stored order and it does not mean BeiGoods has accepted a purchase. A future order flow may still require confirmation and stock.
Guest Checkout
Checkout does not require an account, login, or signup. The cart and wishlist stay on the device you are using.
Payment Methods
The only payment methods named by BeiGoods are Whish Money and cash on delivery. Card payments are not offered. Whish Money is not connected as a live payment, and cash on delivery is not an operating delivery service until shipping is configured.
Delivery and Shipping
Delivery rules are on the shipping page. No delivery time or shipping fee is in force until that page publishes one.
Intellectual Property
The BeiGoods name, logo, and page content are for this shop. Please do not copy them for another business without permission. Product IMAGE marks are placeholders.
Changes to Terms
Published wording can be updated from the admin editor. The public page shows the latest published text and its Last Updated date.
Applicable Law
BeiGoods is aimed at shoppers in Lebanon. A formal governing-law and court clause has not been approved, so none is stated here.
